Bengal Food Industries manufactures and wholesales whole wheat flour (Atta) and refined wheat flour (Maida). Our products are supplied to retailers, wholesalers, bakeries, restaurants, and other commercial buyers.

2. Orders & Pricing

• All orders must be placed through our official channels (phone, email, or authorized representatives).
  
• Prices are subject to change based on raw material costs, market fluctuations, and business conditions.
  
• Bulk/wholesale rates may vary depending on order size and delivery location.
  
• Quotations provided are valid for a limited period as specified in the offer.
  

3. Payment Terms

• Payments must be made in full as agreed at the time of order confirmation.
  
• Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, cash, or any other method officially communicated by us.
  
• Late payments may result in suspension of delivery or additional charges.
  

4. Delivery & Risk

• Deliveries will be made to the address provided at the time of order.
  
• Delivery timelines depend on stock availability, order volume, and logistics arrangements.
  
• Once products leave our warehouse and are handed over to logistics providers, risk and responsibility pass to the buyer.
  
• Any claims for shortages or damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  

5. Product Quality

• We maintain strict quality control and packaging standards to ensure freshness and hygiene.
  
• Flour is packed in sealed bags to preserve quality.
  
• Customers are responsible for proper storage after delivery to avoid spoilage due to humidity, pests, or improper handling.
  

6. Returns & Refunds

• Due to the perishable nature of food products, returns are generally not accepted once delivered.
  
• Exceptions apply only in cases of verified product defects or damage during delivery.
  
• Refunds or replacements will be processed after internal investigation and confirmation.
  

7. Intellectual Property

• All trademarks, packaging designs, brand names, and logos of Bengal Food Industries (BFI) are the exclusive property of the company.
  
• Unauthorized use, reproduction, or misrepresentation is strictly prohibited.
  

8. Limitation of Liability

• Bengal Food Industries shall not be held responsible for indirect losses, business interruptions, or damages arising from misuse, mishandling, or improper storage of products.
  
• Our liability is limited to the replacement or refund of defective products as per our return policy.
  

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Noakhali, Bangladesh.
